  1. 01Export from Lovable

    • Open the + menu in the chat bar → GitHub → Connect project.

    • Authorize the Lovable GitHub App and create the repository (two-way sync stays on).

    • Or: Code editor → Download codebase for a one-time ZIP.

  2. 02Host on Cloudflare Workers

    • Install dependencies and build

      $ bun install && bun run build

    • Log in to Cloudflare

      $ bunx wrangler login

    • Deploy the worker

      $ bunx wrangler deploy

  3. 03Backend & database

    • Create a standalone Supabase project at supabase.com.

    • Export schema & data (Lovable: Cloud → Advanced settings → Export data).

    • Link the new project

      $ bunx supabase link --project-ref <ref>

    • Apply migrations

      $ bunx supabase db push

    • Restore data

      $ psql "$DATABASE_URL" -f data.sql
